Cable

Warren managed to hook up some cable channels for free today so we can finally watch some TV. Among others. there’s a movie channel, MTV and CNN. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to cope with the positivity of American news, but at least it’s not Fox News, and beggers can’t be choosers. MTV is the Japanese equivalent, so I’ll soon be down with all the latest J-Pop as well as American imports. As far as I can make out, a song called “Bump of Chicken” seems to be doing very well at the moment. The movies are in English without subtitles, owing to our Bilingual VCR and there’s a few good ones coming up.
